Our client is a successful business with clients and customers across the UK. They are in fabulous offices in Pilsworth where Finance and Administration are based.
Their current requirement is for a candidate to take on Reception and related Administration who would also like to be involved with Finance activities for the business. The role will report into the Finance Manager.
It is a great opportunity to grow and extend your skills in a busy and supportive team environment.
To take on this role you are likely to be:
- Well presented with strong customer service skills via the telephone and in person
- A confident communicator able to deal with people at all levels
- An organised individual who can priortise and manage workload
- Able to use MS Office Suite
This position will cover the following:
- Reception functions including meet and greet and hospitality
- Managing room bookings and their presentation
- Daily and regular use of the telephone system
- Processing incoming / outgoing post
- Administrative support to the Finance Team including invoice processing and statement reconciliations
