We have two openings a Recruitment Resource Consultant AND a Recruitment Consultant.
The Role (Depending on Experience)
Recruitment Resource Consultant
- Structured Candidate sourcing using defined methods and tools
- Screening, interviewing, and managing Candidate pipelines
- Working closely with Consultants to actively fill Campaigns
- Progressing towards Consultant level through a clear development plan
Recruitment Consultant
- Delivering Recruitment Solutions across your own Client Desk – Sourcing Candidates / Booking Interviews / Offer Management etc,
- Business Development across an established Database and onboarding of any of your own Clients
- Providing Consultative advice to Clients and Candidates
- Be aware of Market Trends and Developments
- Being accountable to KPIs to achieve consistently high Commission
Your Role Will Include
