Job Description
We are looking for a Motivated individual who would like to take on a New Challenge as a Sales Order Processor within a Fast-Paced and Vibrant working Environment.
You will be working alongside the Sales and Accounts Team to ensure the smooth running of the customer order experience.

About the Role as Sales Order Processor:
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end order process from receipt of Customer Order through to Supply and Invoicing
- Ensure that Stock allocations and levels are correctly maintained
- Assist the Team to reach expected Output levels and Targets
- Ensure that the CRM System is updated as well as the associated spread sheets to ensure accurate reporting
- Provide First-Class Customer Service Experience to our Internal and External Customers
- Assist the Accounts Department in the production of Invoices and other Tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Sales background / Sales Admin / Strong Administrator
- Be able to handle Customer Complaints and a Challenging environment
- Strong Analytic and Communication (oral and written) skills
- Computer Literate with experience using Microsoft Office package
