Job Description

Working with a Global business we are looking to appoint a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to oversee a team of 2 on the property side of the business

Working across invoices for c800 invoices this role with manage the workload of the team as well as maintain their own ledger on a daily basis

Duties will include:

  • Manage the team to accurately code and input invoices onto the UK ledger
  • Reconcile statements and chase outstanding documentation as required
  • Oversee payments runs and ensure accuracy / completeness of the payment
  • Key point of contact for the Department
  • Reconcile accounts and chase for refunds
  • Work with the team to create strong controls and processes to ensure a high level of billing compliance for each quarter / monthly period

The successful Candidate will need previous experience in a senior role and ideally have managed a team. You will need strong communication skills and be able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

This is a high volume, fast paced environment so would suit someone who has worked in this environment before.
