Salary : £22,000 – £24,000

Our client specliaises within the Commercial Catering / Hospitality industry and have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join their team

Key Duties:
- Providing admin support to all Engineers / Subcontractors
- Answering phone calls for callouts
- Log all Jobs through the systems / Allocate and Schedule to Engineers
- Chase Parts / Orders with Suppliers
- Request / Chase PO Numbers
- Run Reports / Manage Quotes
- Ad hoc duties
Profile:
- Must have some Admin experience and have worked in an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing / Strong Personality – can do attitude
- Have experience working in a fast paced environment
- Team Player
