With our Client we are looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst – the role is very much Customer Service focused – dealing with Customers over the Telephone and via Email.
On a daily basis you will work across;
- Daily responding to Emails and Calls
- Updating of Customer Records / logging Ticket Requests
- Work Internally with Engineers and Sales staff to assist with resolving Queries
- Proactive update of Customers
- Ad hoc Admin duties
The role is offered Monday to Friday and is a 37.5 hr week.
