Job Description
The Stock Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting inventory control processes, and ensuring timely and reliable stock reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting warehouse, operations, and finance teams by ensuring inventory data integrity and smooth stock-related administration.
Key Responsibilities – Stock Administrator
- Maintain accurate stock records across inventory management systems
- Process stock movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and write-offs
- Reconcile physical stock counts with system records and investigate variances
- Support cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory audits
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management
- Liaise with warehouse, procurement, finance, and operations teams regarding stock issues
- Ensure all stock documentation is completed, filed, and compliant with company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder processes where required
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, shortages, or data integrity issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and control

Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years’ experience in stock administration, inventory control, or a related role
- Experience using inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
