Job Description

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Support Desk Administrator – the role is very much Customer Service focused – dealing with Customers over the Telephone and via Email.

On a daily basis you will work across;

  • Daily responding to Emails and Calls
  • Updating of Customer Records / logging Ticket Requests
  • Work Internally with Engineers and Sales staff to assist with resolving Queries
  • Proactive update of Customers
  • Work reactively – checking SLA agreements and acknowledging time frames
  • Ad hoc Admin duties

The role is offered Monday to Friday and is a 37.5 hr week.
