Supported Living Team Leader

We are currently recruiting Team Leaders to join our client’s dedicated team in a supported living/residential care setting. You’ll play a key role in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of care staff
- Ensure high standards of care in line with regulations and internal policies
- Support service users with daily living, personal care, and accessing the community
- Develop and maintain individual care plans and risk assessments
- Lead by example in promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar setting (supported living, residential care, or similar)
- Experience of leading a team
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- A caring and resilient nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable adults
- Knowledge of autism, learning difficulties, and positive behavior support
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong administrative skills
