Job Description



The role of the Treasury Team Leader will provide support to the Banking/Credit Control Manager in the delivery of the Central Banking and Client Systems Credit Control functions.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Core Banking and Client Systems Banking & Credit Control Team alongside another Team Leader and Banking Manager
  • Oversee 4 Client Systems Banking & Credit Control Clerks and 5 Core Banking Clerks
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks including tenant receipt processing, investigation work, resolving cash allocation queries, managing cash allocation, and assisting with bank reconciliation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and maintain active communication within the team and across the business
  • Fulfil management responsibilities such as task delegation, performance reviews, workload management, and supporting team members
  • Foster relationships with colleagues, monitor KPIs, review procedures for improvement, and contribute to business enhancements
  • Handle HR and compliance tasks including induction programs, submitting required information to HR, participating in appraisals, attending training, and adhering to IT policies and data protection regulations
