Job Description
We are looking for Underwriters who are looking for a new opportunity to grow their experience in a true market leading lender.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assessing the risk attributed to the application and decide based on this
- Build successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
- Understand and assess the relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements.
- Monitor and report fraudulent activity.
- Underwriter approved bridging loan applications.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working as an underwriter within an asset lending environment
- Bridging Experience
- Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working within an established team
- Clear communication skills with the ability to make decisions clearly.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
