Associate Director

Joanne joined us in May 2016, initially on our resource team, before graduating into a fully-fledged recruitment consultant after only 12 months of training and becoming Associate Director in 2022.

Joanne spends her days with us managing and fulfilling the expectations of a number of our clients and candidates, as well as managing our campaigns. She previously worked in Bury for an insolvency company, before making the jump into recruitment in May 2016 and joining our team here in Rochdale.

Joanne is a big sports fan and enjoys dividing her time outside of work between going to the gym and making the most out of her Rochdale AFC season ticket.

She is a Mum of one – so family time is spent with her Daughter Elsie who enjoys ballet and swimming classes at a weekend.
