About the Role
We are recruiting for a Trainee Resource Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants and wider team, you’ll help identify talented candidates and match them with suitable opportunities across our client base.
Your role will include searching for candidates using job boards, social media and our internal database, responding to applications, conducting initial screening calls and keeping candidates supported and informed throughout the recruitment process.
You’ll also help coordinate interviews, gather feedback, complete candidate registrations and maintain accurate records on our CRM system.
Salary: £24,000–£25,000, depending on experience
Location: Recruitment Solutions NW, 3rd Floor, West Mill, Spotland Bridge Mill, Mellor Street, Rochdale, OL11 5BU
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Who Are We Looking For?
This role would suit someone who is confident, motivated and comfortable speaking with people over the telephone.
You’ll need excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional approach and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
Good organisation, attention to detail and a positive attitude are also important, as you’ll be managing candidate information, coordinating interviews and supporting several recruitment campaigns at once.
Recruitment can be a fast-moving industry, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and ready to use their own initiative.
