We’re exclusively partnering with a market-leading organisation in Trafford Park to recruit an FP&A Manager — a key strategic role where you’ll shape decision-making, drive insight, and work closely with senior leadership.
The Role
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
- Deliver clear, commercial analysis to influence strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning tools.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements.
- Drive process and reporting improvements across FP&A.
The Person
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong FP&A or commercial finance background.
- Commercially sharp with the confidence to challenge and influence at senior level.
- Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills; BI tool experience desirable.
- A proactive mindset — not just reporting on the numbers, but shaping the narrative.
