Recruitment Solutions (NW) is an independent business recruiting across the North West of England since 2004 – driven by a desire to offer the highest of standards both to clients and candidates.
The founder members of the company have all held senior positions elsewhere with the industry and can boast a wide and in-depth experience of different clients and cultures and are motivated to offer the type of service which will make clients and candidates come back or refer a friend.
We operate two major divisions (Permanent and Temporary) across a range of categories including Qualified and Non-Qualified Finance, Transactional Finance and Office Support.

We offer excellent terms and conditions for both clients and candidates and are a fully-fledged member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
Our two main recruitment divisions comprise Permanent Recruitment and Temporary Recruitment. We have a wide and in-depth range of experience in our teams and are confident in dealing with companies from small to large, Public Sector including Charities and we are also able to source candidates for Chartered Practice across audit, accounts preparation, bookkeeping and taxation.
Geographically we are happy to consult with clients and candidates throughout the North West area. Out central base in Rochdale does not preclude us from visiting and our recently refurbished offices are ready to welcome you.
