Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our Client, to lead, oversee, and deliver complex audit engagements from planning through to finalisation

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead multiple audit engagements end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness throughout
  • Drive audit strategy and methodology, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Manage and develop audit teams, providing technical guidance, reviewing work at key stages, and fostering professional growth through mentoring and coaching
  • Present and communicate key findings to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
  • Strengthen client relationships at senior levels, becoming a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the audit
  • Contribute to business development, supporting proposals, pitches, and thought leadership to help grow the firm’s audit practice

What we are looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in managing complex audit portfolios, with deep knowledge of audit quality standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance technical excellence with practical business considerations
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and nurturing future leaders
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage senior client relationships
