Job Description
We’re excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Qualified Accountant to join their well-established Finance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to make an impact in a collaborative environment, with clear progression opportunities on offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
- Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and overseeing audit preparation
- Managing accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
- Partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Driving financial reporting and process improvements
- Supporting the delivery of year-end statutory accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- 3+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Proactive, with strong communication and leadership skills
