Finance Manager
Job Description
We are working with a well-established client who is looking for a Finance Manager with a passion for driving financial performance and strategic growth.
Your main purpose for this role is to oversee the company’s financial health, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Partner with other departments to support business initiatives and control costs
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
What we are looking for:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
