Managing Director

Karen is one of the founders of Recruitment Solutions, having set the business up in 2004 following a highly successful career based in London with specialist Finance recruiter Michael Page, where she was responsible for managing 7 divisions.

A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP), Karen’s role here is primarily managing the day-to-day activity of our team of recruiters, whilst also managing the client-side of the business acting as Account Director for many of our key clients.

Karen believes that hard work and dedication are essential in every part of life, and has a strong dislike for laziness. She’s also a sport lover, any sport in fact, although happily admits that she hates to lose. She has a phobia of snakes and her signature tipple is a glass of the finest champagne.
