Job Description
We are working with a well-established client who is looking for a customer-focused individual to join their Finance Team as a Credit Controller (Maternity Cover)
You will be working along side the Finance Team to manage multiple customer accounts and monitor aged debt for the company.
What you will be doing:
- Providing invoices, credit notes and statements to customers
- Monitor customer credit limits, customer spend and obtain credit reports when required
- Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries
- Generate aged debt reports and make contact calls/emails to gain payment of the overdue
- Follow company procedures for business closures, liquidation/administration/legal transfers
- Allocation of payments received and reconcile customer accounts
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous experience in Credit Control / Finance / Customer Service
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (Basic Formulas)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
