We’re looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via phone, email, chat, or web inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right products or services—while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Sales Representative – Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone calls, emails, live chat, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying intent.
• Provide detailed product or service information, and answer questions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and conversion targets.
• Track all interactions, opportunities, and customer details accurately.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
