Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are proud to be partnering with a specialist design and installation company renowned for delivering premium commercial kitchens to some of the UK’s most prestigious venues.
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery – ensuring every installation is safe, on schedule, on budget, and completed to an exceptional standard.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of hospitality fit-out projects, from initial concept to final handover. Your focus will be on quality, precision, and client satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate projects through all stages – design, installation, and completion
- Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and site logistics
- Liaise closely with clients, acting as their main contact throughout the project
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Enforce H&S and compliance standards, ensuring all works meet specifications
- Conduct site inspections and sign offs to guarantee accuracy and quality
- Resolve issues efficiently to minimise disruption and keep projects on track
- Provide post-completion aftercare and client support
About You
You’ll bring both technical know-how and leadership confidence, along with a passion for creating standout hospitality environments.
- Proven background in interior fit outs – ideally within hospitality or catering
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen/bar installations, M&E coordination, and bespoke joinery or metalwork
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Confident in leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
- Full UK driving licence essential
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certifications highly desirable
