Recruitment Solutions NW is pleased to celebrate Charlie Lederberg’s two-year anniversary with the business, alongside his promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant as of today.
Charlie joined Recruitment Solutions NW on 20th May 2024 as a Resource Consultant, bringing a positive attitude, strong people skills and a clear commitment to building a career in recruitment. Since then, he has continued to develop within the team, progressing to Recruitment Consultant in March 2025 and now to Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Over the past two years, Charlie has become a valued part of the Recruitment Solutions NW team, supporting both clients and candidates across a wide range of roles.
During his time with the business, Charlie has built strong relationships with clients and candidates, placed over 60 candidates across various roles, and attended networking events and client visits across the UK.
Charlie has also been involved in key moments for the business, including joining Recruitment Solutions NW during the year we sponsored a category at the Rochdale Business Awards, where he presented an award on stage.
His progression from Resource Consultant to Recruitment Consultant, and now Senior Recruitment Consultant, reflects his hard work, dedication and contribution to the team. Internal progression is something Recruitment Solutions NW has proudly highlighted across the business, with recent promotions showing our ongoing commitment to recognising and developing talent from within.
