Recruitment Solutions NW is growing, and we’re excited to be looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Based at our offices in Spotland Bridge Mill, Rochdale, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people, and being part of a friendly, experienced recruitment business with a strong reputation across the North West.
Our team is made up of passionate, hardworking people including Managing Director Karen Reynolds, Associate Directors Cody McCullough and Jade Shelmerdine, Resource Team Leader Danika Bruwer-Naudé, Recruitment Consultants Charlie Lederberg, Ava Atkinson Resourcer, Administration and Compliance Manager Bobbie Milton, and Trainee Business Administrator Charlotte Shenton.
We’re proud to be an independent, owner-managed recruitment business based in Rochdale, with over 20 years of experience supporting clients and candidates across finance, accounts, administration, customer service and office support roles.
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role would suit someone who is confident speaking to people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within recruitment. You’ll be working closely with clients and candidates, helping to match the right people with the right roles while representing the Recruitment Solutions NW brand.
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Recruitment Solutions NW, 3rd Floor, West Mill, Spotland Bridge Mill, Mellor Street, Rochdale, OL11 5BU
Benefits: Early finish on Fridays, free parking, and an onsite café downstairs
