Job Description

We are working with one of our award winning clients based in Manchester who are looking to bring in an Audit Assistant Manager, they are looking for someone who has extensive experience within Audit and leading teams.

Audit Assistant Manager – The Role:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support
  • Liaise directly with clients, managing expectations and delivering a high level of service
  • Ensure audits are delivered on time and within budget
  • Review audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
  • Identify risk areas and recommend practical solutions
  • Support managers and partners with business development and client proposals

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in leading audits within a practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple engagements
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to grow with the business

Audit Assistant Manager – The Package:
