Locations : Ramsbottom, Bury – Hybrid arrangements

Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

We are currently working with a client that provides outsourced finance solutions to their clients. They are vibrant, sociable and dynamic providing tailor made solutions from Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliations and Management Accounts.

This role will suit a tenacious, flexible and driven Accounts Assistant – you will have the ability to work from client offices and provide hands on support to meet their needs.

Personal Profile:

  • Experience within a similar Accounting environment
  • AAT Qualified or similar
  • Proactive / self-motivated
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well organized
  • Ability to manage own time and stick to deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain relations
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel – Sage and Xero experience
  • Technical knowledge and experience

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and finalization of Management Accounts for companies ranging from             £1-5million – No year end statutory accounts
  • Managing a portfolio of clients’ accounts
  • Bookkeeping
  • Meeting clients face to face
  • Personal Tax
  • Audit
  • Offer bespoke accountancy and taxation advice
  • Co-ordination and management of payroll, VAT, and administration duties
