Job Description

Our Client is looking to appoint a motivated individual to join their Finance Team as a Data Entry Clerk to work a 32-hour work week, Mon – Thurs on a 12-Month Temporary to Permanent basis.

This role would be ideal for a Finance Graduate or anyone with similar experience within Data Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:

  • Maintain the Master Data of products by using SAP
  • Create, maintain and delete Data information/descriptions for all new and existing products
  • Accurately enter new products onto SAP to agreed Business timescales
  • Maintain Internal Systems to improve the collection and control of essential data from other departments
  • Generate and track weekly cost change reports
  • Ad hoc projects/finance duties

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Previous relevant experience / Finance Graduate
  • Knowledge of maintaining Master Data (Desirable)
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN RETURN:

  • Annual Salary of £25 000 – £28 000 (DOE)
  • 32 hours work week (Mon – Thurs)
  • Free onsite parking
