Job Description
Our Client is looking to appoint a motivated individual to join their Finance Team as a Data Entry Clerk to work a 32-hour work week, Mon – Thurs on a 12-Month Temporary to Permanent basis.
This role would be ideal for a Finance Graduate or anyone with similar experience within Data Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
- Maintain the Master Data of products by using SAP
- Create, maintain and delete Data information/descriptions for all new and existing products
- Accurately enter new products onto SAP to agreed Business timescales
- Maintain Internal Systems to improve the collection and control of essential data from other departments
- Generate and track weekly cost change reports
- Ad hoc projects/finance duties
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience using SAP
- Previous relevant experience / Finance Graduate
- Knowledge of maintaining Master Data (Desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN RETURN:
- Annual Salary of £25 000 – £28 000 (DOE)
- 32 hours work week (Mon – Thurs)
- Free onsite parking
