• Getting out there and winning new business through face-to-face meetings, networking and prospecting.
• Building strong relationships and turning conversations into long-term clients.
• Owning the full sales cycle – from first hello to closing the deal.
• Spotting opportunities everywhere and maximising revenue at every turn.
• Being the face of the business and bringing energy, confidence and personality to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
• A natural people-person who’s confident, outgoing and not afraid to start conversations.
• Experience in field sales or business development (you know how to close!).
• Driven, target-focused and motivated by success (and commission).
• Resilient, proactive and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised enough to manage your own diary while always on the move.
