Location: Salford (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re working with a valued client in the Salford area to recruit an experienced and qualified Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take on a key leadership role within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take ownership of their financial operations. This position offers real influence over financial strategy and will play a central role in supporting senior leadership with insight-driven reporting and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Produce accurate management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including VAT and corporation tax)
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar finance role, ideally within an SME or fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver accurate and insightful reporting
- Confident communicator, able to work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
