Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is working to recruit a Management Accountant who will be qualified ACCA or CIMA.

Established for over 25 years our Client is one of the UKs leading Community and On Line Retailers. The role of the Management Accountant is a newly created role which will report at Board Level – you will be supported by a team of 2 Finance Assistants.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £50,000
  • Annual Salary Review based on personal performance

THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

Is for a CIMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant who has gained experience in Companies with TO’s in the region of £5 – £50 m – the role of the Management Accountant is for a hands on and proactive character who has end to end experience of Management Accounts preparation experience which will include;

  • Preparation of Accruals and Prepayments
  • Production and explanation of various Management Reports
  • Analysis of Management Accounting Data – report findings to Finance and Non Finance Managers
  • Production of Monthly Management Accounts pack and Annual Audit Files
  • Preparation of Cash Flow Reports and strong Cash Flow Management
  • Daily use of Excel / previous experience of an ERP System would be an advantage

SKILLS AND PERSONALITY WHICH WILL SUIT THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE;

The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships. You will be the kind of character that enjoys scrutinising Data / Figures and supporting Analysis.

You will be able to across on end to end role in a fast paced / busy expanding Business and Role. Finally you will be open minded to new tasks and challenges as the role evolves!
