Management Accountant – The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will become an integral member of a supportive finance team, taking ownership of key monthly reporting activities. This is an ideal role for a CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified or Finalist who is ready to step up, with real opportunity for career progression as the business continues to expand globally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple group companies, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing Bills of Materials to support product costing and margin analysis
- Partnering with supply chain teams to provide meaningful insights on supplier performance and reporting
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, particularly in relation to new product development and financial reporting enhancements
What we’re looking for
- Part Qualified or Newly Qualified (CIMA / ACCA)
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel (intermediate/advanced level)
- Previous experience working with ERP systems
- A naturally analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights
- Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
