Our client is looking for a results-driven individual to join their busy Payments Team!
Your main responsibility as the Payment Support Agent will be to provide excellent Support to Customers regarding Payment Services or Discrepancies.

- Annual Salary of £24 000 – £28 000 (DOE)

KEY DUTIES AS THE PAYMENT SUPPORT AGENT:
- Provide First-Class Support for Customers via Phone calls, Emails, and Webchats, ensuring a seamless experience
- Assist Customers facing financial challenges by identifying appropriate solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Process all relevant documentation onto the inhouse system
- Adhere to Company Policies and FCA guidelines
- Ad hoc Administrative Duties
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
- Proven track-record in meeting KPI’s
- Previous Relevant Experience
- Be able to work in a Fast-Paced/Pressurised Environment
