Duties & responsibilities
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Oversee electronic timekeeping systems or manually collect and review timesheets.
- Prepare and issue earnings statements, paychecks, and manage direct deposits.
- Keep accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
- Ensure correct employee data and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant legal regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous payroll experience required
- Previous experience working to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel and Outlook
