Our client is a global leader in engineered steel solutions, delivering innovative and sustainable projects to their clients worldwide. They are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Oversee electronic timekeeping systems or manually collect and review timesheets.
  • Prepare and issue earnings statements, paychecks, and manage direct deposits.
  • Keep accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure correct employee data and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant legal regulations.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous payroll experience required
  • Previous experience working to deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable using Excel and Outlook
