Job Description

We are working with an award winning business based in the West Yorkshire area who are looking to expand their sales team. They are an independent supplier who provide bespoke solutions to their clients needs with a key focus on reducing cost and delivering excellence.

Sales Advisor – Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to introduce services.
  • Drive to push sales excellence through market mapping and customer management.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers to ensure the sales cycle is an efficient process.
  • Dealing with any inbound enquiries through outbound calling.
  • Maintain accurate records in the companies CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs for calls and appointments.

Sales Advisor – Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Lead Generation to Telesales (Preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to objection handle.
  • Organised, resilient and target driven.
  • A “hunter” mindset.
  • Used to dealing with high outbound call targets.

Sales Advisor – Package:

  • Strong base salary – £28k
