Sales Advisor
Job Description
We are working with an excellent business based in Huddersfield, they are a sustainably focussed print solutions provider that are going through a period of extensive growth, they are now looking to bring in outbound sales advisors that will work closely with the Business Development Manager with onboarding new clients through outbound lead generation.
Sales Advisor – Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to business decision makers
- Identify opportunities across print, document and IT services
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales consultants
- Manage and develop your own pipeline of prospects
- Work closely with experienced sales leadership to close the gap between lead and sale
Sales Advisor – Background:
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with outbound calling
- Motivated by targets, commission and progression
- Resilient, competitive, and coachable
- Organised with good attention to detail Ideally experienced in telesales, SDR, or B2B sales (not essential)
Sales Advisor – Package:
- £28,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Full training and ongoing coaching
- Clear progression route to Field Sales Manager
- Exposure to a high-performing commercial sales environment
- Long-term career development in a growing UK business
