The Role:
As Trainee Commercial Manager, you will play an active role in supporting the business with:
- Assisting with the handling of commercial and contractual disputes.
- Taking on other business-critical matters as required by the company.
- Building a solid understanding of the company’s invoicing and accounting systems.
- Acting as a key liaison or project manager for the automation of accounting systems.
- Supporting the senior team with commercial and operational decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, proactive individual with a keen interest in commercial management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A natural ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
- Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ideally degree-educated (Business, Law, Finance or related), but applications welcomed from candidates with relevant experience and the right mindset.
