Job Description
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Generate reports and HR metrics for management review.
- Assist in performance management processes and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR administration or office administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
