Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team based across two sites. You will be able to provide comprehensive HR, operational and administrative support with an aspect of Payroll support.

Responsibilities as HR/Payroll Administrator
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and induction support
- Support with Employee Relations
- Preparation of letters, documentation and notifications
- End-to-end HR Administration support
- Manage HR and Payroll records
- Onboarding and offboarding
What you need to bring:
- Excellent communication and time management Skills
- Strong administrative skills, using Microsoft packages
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Experience in a similar role is essential
