From the 1st July, Managing Director at Recruitment Solutions, Karen Reynolds, is taking on the Jog 31 Challenge to raise money for Cancer Research.
The challenge tasks runners of all abilities to hit a 31 mile distance target across all 31 days of July. This target can be achieved by either jogging one mile every day or completing the requisite 31 miles in a way that suits you.
Every penny of the money raised goes towards funding the live-saving research that Cancer Research carry out every day.
Of the challenge, Karen said:
“It’s always important to challenge yourself to do whatever you can to support charitable causes. If those challenges are physical as well you get the knock-on effect of looking after yourself whilst doing something that can look after those less fortunate, so I’m looking forward to this one.”
