Yesterday, our Associate Director and Head of Finance, Jade, visited Cardinal Langley High School to support their Year 10 students with mock interviews.
The session gave students the chance to experience a realistic interview environment, helping them build confidence, practise their communication skills and prepare for future education and employment opportunities.
At Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd, we know how important it is to support young people as they begin thinking about their future careers. Mock interviews are a great way to help students understand what employers are looking for, while also giving them valuable experience in presenting themselves professionally.
Jade was delighted to be involved and to share her knowledge and experience with the students. From answering interview questions to offering practical feedback, it was a fantastic opportunity to help Year 10s develop skills that will benefit them for years to come.
