Growth in placements, new instructions and geographic reach mark a positive opening to the year
Recruitment Solutions has entered 2026 with steady growth across placements, client demand and team development.
Since 1 January, the business has delivered 16 successful placements and secured 21 new job instructions. Over the same period, we have expanded into six additional cities β London, Nottingham, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Brighton and Newcastle β broadening our reach beyond our traditional regional base.
The in-office team has grown to nine, reflecting continued investment in internal capability alongside client delivery.
Internal progression reflects ongoing development
Alongside external growth, several team members have progressed into new roles.
Jade Shelmerdine has moved from Head of Finance to Associate Director, taking on wider responsibilities as the business continues to evolve. Cody McCullough has also been promoted to Associate Director following 18 months of development within the company.
Elsewhere, Bobbie Milton has advanced from Assistant Administrator to Compliance & Administration Manager, and Charlie Lederberg has progressed from Resourcer to Recruitment Consultant.
These promotions reflect our focus on recognising contribution and providing clear progression pathways within the business.
