Role: Administration Assistant

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Our client is looking to hire an Admin Assistant to support their Credit Control Team by managing a ledger of accounts, liaising with their customers to assist them with any queries, and support them with any administrative duties such as: producing reports for overdue accounts; monitoring and negotiation payment plans; taking card payments; and completing proof of debt forms. One of the main tasks would be to support the Senior Credit Administrator with their duties in reducing the risk of potential bad debt for the company.
To be shortlisted for the role, candidates must have knowledge of multiple computer systems including Microsoft Excel and understand some of the basic functions. Ideally, candidates would have knowledge of credit control and experience within an office environment.
