Key Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle email and phone inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Perform data entry, record updates, and document management
- Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders when needed
- Support basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors

Skills – Administrative Assistant
