Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Client in a Client focused team. This role comes with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio. You will manage a high volume of daily calls and deal with User Account Control queries to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the collection team’s KPIs.
You will liaise with a high volume of both internal and external stakeholders as well as clients and tenants on a daily basis, representing the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reducing current client outstanding debt
- Chasing payments via phone, email and mail
- Listening to and resolving tenant queries
- Handling UAC queries
- Prepare and issue invoices, tax receipts, statements and reminders
- Contribute to the reconciliation of problem accounts
- Query resolution
- Monitor and prepare reports on aged debtors
- Actively communicate with internal departments including the central finance team
- Contribute to the day to day operation as required

- Office-based work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- A professional, confident, and diplomatic approach to communication
- Experience of large reconciliations
- Experience in property sales – desirable
