With our Client we are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy Finance team – the key focus of this roe is your ability to build and maintain relationships across your Client Portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and working as part of a small and highly professional Credit Control / Sales Ledger Account Management team – the provision of the highest levels of Customer Service at all times is essential to this role.
On a day to day basis you will work across;
- Credit Control – Account Management via Telephone and Email
- Daily responsible for strong Account Management
- Daily review of Aged Debt Listing to prioritize Credit Control calls / emails to make and send
- Allocation and Reconciliation of Payments
- Attend Team Meetings to review Key Client relationships
To be suited to the Credit Controller role you MUST be able to build and maintain relationships and able to resolve issues that are preventing Payment. To be considered for this position you will need to have previous experience within a similar role, be a very confident communicator and be able to work managing your own workload using your own initiative
