We are currently working with a highly successful organisation – to recruit a Credit Controller to join their young / modern and vibrant team. the main purpose of the role is to collect debt from both UK and US customers in a range of currencies – working across
You will be involved with:
- A range of customer accounts
- Working across a list of outstanding payments chasing by telephone, email, and letter ensuring this is in accordance with the Credit Policy and Debt Chasing Procedure
- Building relationships with internal team members to ensure customer details are up to date and accurate and accurate maintenance of Sales Ledger accounts
- Building repours with customers to ensure cases are handled appropriately
- Managing your own workload
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Produce all necessary credit checking reports for both new customers and existing customers in line with the Credit Policy
- To manage, monitor and review the credit scores for existing customers on a regular basis in line with the Credit policy
You will need to be:
- A strong character with good communication skills
- Already have experience in a Credit Controller or debt collection role
- Fast thinking and a multitasker
- Team Player
- Able to read situations and adapt as necessary
- Able to use Microsoft packages
