Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

We’re looking for a customer-focused, empathetic individual to join a supportive and experienced Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers and supporting the Sales team by delivering exceptional service and handling queries with care and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and in-person
  • Support a vulnerable client group with empathy, handling sensitive or emotionally challenging queries with care
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly, liaising with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes
  • Coordinate product moves, repairs, and installations with customers and colleagues
  • Make sound decisions balancing client needs with business priorities
  • Follow up after installations, gathering feedback to help improve services

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based customer service role
  • Strong communication skills across all channels
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism
  • Confident IT skills, including CRM systems
