Our client is a leading fulfilment company based in Wrexham is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As the HR Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered across the business. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Support payroll by collecting and verifying relevant data
- Coordinate training sessions and keep training records updated
- Respond to general HR queries from staff and managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards (desirable but not essential)
