Job Description

To provide efficient and accurate administrative support across specific projects on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the HR Manager this role is critical in maintaining compliance, upholding standards, and supporting the wider management team.

The candidate will be expected to provide support across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track consultation meetings
  • Assist the HR Manager with specific HR projects
  • Working through a checklist to carry out confidential consultation meetings
  • Ensure the meetings are documented through accurate note taking
  • Input meeting notes onto Excel/in house system
  • Produce letters, post them out
  • Support any other reasonable duties in line with the role

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of HR systems or databases is a plus
  • Car owner/driver – essential
  • Able to start immediately
