Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are proud to be working on behalf of a well established and growing client who are now looking to expand their sales team with a driven Lead Generator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, target driven and eager to progress within a dynamic sales environment. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Sales Team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients and warm leads
- Building rapport quickly and identifying potential business opportunities
- Qualifying prospects based on company needs and criteria
- Promoting the company’s products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments between qualified prospects and the Sales Team
- Consistently meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs, including call and appointment targets
- Accurately recording all call activity, lead information, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise conversion opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Telesales, Sales, or Lead Generation environment
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Resilient, self motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced, target driven role
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement
- Organised and detail oriented, with good CRM and administrative discipline
