Our client specializes within the Financial Services Sector, and they are looking for a Payouts Administrator to join their Payouts Team. As the Payouts Adminsitrator, you will be working alongside the Sales Support Manager and the team to ensure accurate processing and reviewing of all customer applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AS THE PAYOUTS ADMINISTRATOR:
- Review and manage finance documents, dealer’s invoices and customers proofs accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate updates on pending payouts with all Introducers and Customers
- Perform Accurate income calculations
- Carry out customer interviews and validation call in line with standard procedures when required
- Record any ‘not taken out’ deals and Payout snags so that these can be fed back to individual dealers and brokers to improve the standard of future payouts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Previous Administrative experience
- High levels of Attention to detail
