We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Client’s Property Management Division in Manchester as a result of the firm’s ongoing success and growth in managing a large portfolio of properties involving both Corporate and Private Investors.

Responsibilities
Your role will be focused on exploring and analysing their business’s service charge in accordance with Company Procedures and Industry regulation frameworks.
- Providing hands on assistance to Client’s concerning complex queries from Property Manager, Clients and Tenants
- Extracting and analysing lots of data whilst using complex accounting systems in balancing books and preparing reports for External Consultancy Reviews
- Liaising with the wider Property Management Team and Tenants in drafting and executing service charge budgets and billings in line with any lease terms for new and existing Clients
- Reconciling Client Accounts and Cash Flow
- Working across all areas of Accounts including Sales and Purchase Ledger/ Banking / Audits and Client monies
- Drafting year end reports, certificates and financial statement in accordance with compliance for annual review
Profile
- 2 to 3 years’ experience within a previous Property Accounts Role (Advantageous)
- Existing financial qualification (AAT / Part Qual CIMA/ ACCA, etc)
- Experienced in all level of Bookkeeping & Accounts
- Strong IT and Excel skills – ESSENTIAL
